Lasernet Group has now been delisted from Nasdaq Stockholm following the acquisition of the company by Tabellae BidCo.
The final day of trading in Lasernet Group shares was 24 August 2026.
As a result of the delisting, the former Lasernet Group Investor Relations website is no longer active. Visitors attempting to access the previous IR website are now being redirected to this page on the main Lasernet website.
Why Was Lasernet Group Delisted?
On 30 July 2026, Lasernet Group announced that it had applied for the delisting of the company's shares from Nasdaq Stockholm.
Nasdaq Stockholm subsequently approved the application and confirmed that 24 August 2026 would be the final day of trading in Lasernet Group AB.
The delisting followed the acquisition of Lasernet by Tabellae BidCo, marking a new chapter for the Lasernet business.
Following the acquisition, Lasernet is continuing as a specialist document management software business, bringing together Lasernet's technology, customers and global partner ecosystem with Tabellae's consulting capabilities and industry expertise.

The delisting does not change Lasernet's commitment to its customers, partners or products.
Lasernet continues to develop and support its software solutions across Dynamics 365, banking and wider ERP markets. By joining forces with Tabellae, the business has access to additional consulting expertise, delivery capabilities and resources to support its continued growth.
