Cookie Policy

To change your cookie preferences, click 'Revoke Cookies' in the footer of the website, then refresh the page to update your settings.

We use cookies to enhance your experience on our website. Some cookies are essential for core functionality, while others help us understand how visitors interact with the site, improve usability, and optimise our marketing efforts.

When you first visit our website, a cookie settings banner powered by HubSpot will allow you to choose which types of cookies you accept.

The data collected through these cookies is anonymised unless you provide personal data via a form. We also use browser local storage to remember your preferences between visits.

We currently use the following services that may set cookies:

  • Google Analytics 4 is used to analyse website traffic and user behaviour. These cookies help us understand which pages are most visited, how visitors move through the site, how visitors find our content and how effective our campaigns are.

GA4 may use cookies such as _ga  and _ga_[container-id] to distinguish users and sessions. Google states that GA4 JavaScript tags use first-party cookies to distinguish unique users and sessions.

Consent: Used only where analytics consent is given.

  • Google Tag Manager is used to manage website tags and scripts from one place. GTM does not usually set cookies for normal website visitors, but it can load other tools that do set cookies, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel, Contentsquare and G2 tracking. GTM may also use temporary cookies or browser storage during Preview and Debug mode.

    Category: Tag management
Consent: GTM itself is a tag management tool, but the tags it loads are controlled according to their relevant cookie category.

  • Google Ads is used to measure conversions, understand the effectiveness of our advertising and improve the relevance of ads shown across Google’s platforms.

Google Conversion Linker is used to help attribute website conversions to Google Ads clicks. Google states that the Conversion Linker tag stores ad click information in cookies named _gcl_*, such as _gcl_aw  and _gcl_gs.

Google Ads may also use cookies and identifiers for conversion measurement, ad personalisation, remarketing and fraud prevention, depending on the user’s consent settings and Google’s own technologies. Google publishes information about cookies associated with its advertising products.

    Category: Advertising / marketing
Consent: Used only where advertising or marketing consent is given.

  • HubSpot is used to host parts of our website, manage forms, support website analytics, remember cookie consent choices, personalise website experiences, manage contact submissions and support marketing communications.

HubSpot may set cookies to identify a visitor, track sessions, remember consent preferences, support form submissions and understand how visitors interact with our website. These may include cookies such as __hstc, hubspotutk, __hssc, __hssrc  and HubSpot consent preference cookies. HubSpot’s own documentation explains that it sets visitor browser cookies for tracking, chatflows and consent-related functionality.

Category: Necessary, functionality and analytics, depending on the cookie
Consent: Necessary HubSpot cookies may always be active. Analytics and tracking cookies are only used where consent is given.

  • The LinkedIn Insight Tag is used to measure the effectiveness of our LinkedIn advertising, understand website activity after users engage with LinkedIn campaigns, support conversion tracking and help build relevant B2B audiences.

LinkedIn Insight may use cookies such as li_fat_id, li_oatml, li_sugr, lidc, bcookie, UserMatchHistory  and AnalyticsSyncHistory, depending on the visitor, browser and LinkedIn account status. LinkedIn-related cookie databases describe these cookies as being used for advertising, analytics, routing, member matching and synchronisation.

    Category: Advertising / marketing
Consent: Used only where advertising or marketing consent is given.

  • Contentsquare - Contentsquare is used to analyse how visitors interact with our website, including page journeys, clicks, scrolling, heatmaps and other digital experience signals. This helps us improve usability, page layout, content performance and website experience.

Contentsquare states that its web tag uses first-party cookies for analytics purposes and provides a list of cookies and local storage items managed by the Contentsquare tag. These may include cookies such as _cs_id, _cs_s, _cs_c and related Contentsquare identifiers, depending on your configuration.

    Category: Analytics / experience analytics
Consent: Used only where analytics consent is given.

  • Meta Pixel is used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. It helps us understand how visitors interact with our website after seeing or clicking on our ads, optimise campaigns, measure conversions, build audiences and deliver more relevant advertising.

Meta Pixel commonly uses cookies such as _fbp and _fbc. The _fbp cookie is generally used to identify the browser, while _fbc may be set when a visitor arrives via a Meta ad click.

Consent: Used only where advertising or marketing consent is given.

  • G2 Insights and Prospect Tracking - G2 tracking is used to understand how visitors interact with Lasernet Group after engaging with our presence on G2, and to help identify account-level interest, buyer behaviour and campaign performance.

G2 describes Track Your Prospects as a feature that tracks visitors who view a company’s presence across G2 properties and then navigate between G2 and the company’s website, including page visits, timing and firmographic details.
