One Lasernet, built on stronger foundations
Lasernet has evolved from its separation from Formpipe into a focused standalone business, and on the 10th August 2026 was acquired by Tabellae to bring together Lasernet’s software with Tabellae’s consulting and delivery expertise.
We are now uniting both businesses under one Lasernet brand, combining the same trusted product, people and relationships with greater expertise and stronger capabilities for customers and partners worldwide.
“Bringing Lasernet and Tabellae together creates a much stronger organisation around the Lasernet product, combining great software with deep consulting, delivery and industry expertise.
Together, we have more capability, more knowledge and more opportunity to help our customers and partners succeed and grow.”
Lennart Garbarsch - CEO
What stays the same
While the organisation and brand around Lasernet are evolving, the foundations our customers and partners rely on remain the same.
The Lasernet product: Lasernet remains at the heart of the business. We will continue to develop and invest in the product, its integrations and the wider solutions surrounding it.
Your existing relationships: Customers and partners can continue working with the people they know. Existing projects, relationships and ways of working are not being reset as part of the transition.
Delivery and support: The teams responsible for implementing, supporting and developing Lasernet continue to do so. Existing support channels, resources and processes remain available throughout the transition.
Our partner ecosystem: Partners remain fundamental to how Lasernet goes to market and grows globally. Our ambition is to strengthen the ecosystem around Lasernet, not replace the role our partners play.
What gets stronger
Bringing Lasernet and Tabellae together gives us the opportunity to build a more complete organisation around the Lasernet product.
Lasernet brings the software, product expertise and established global customer and partner ecosystem whilst Tabellae offers deep consulting, implementation and delivery experience around document management and ERP environments.
Together, this gives customers and partners access to a broader pool of expertise across the full Lasernet journey - from solution design and implementation through to optimisation, support and future development.
For customers, that means greater access to specialist Lasernet knowledge and delivery capability when it is needed.
For partners, it means more expertise, enablement and delivery support to help successfully deliver Lasernet as part of wider customer projects.
The aim is simple: to make Lasernet easier to adopt, deliver and grow with.
What is changing
The most visible change will be our brand.
From the 1st October 2026, you will begin to see the new Lasernet identity introduced across our websites, communications, documentation, social channels, presentations and other materials.
This will happen gradually rather than overnight and during the transition, you may still see materials using the previous Lasernet red branding or carrying the Tabellae name and logo. This is expected and does not indicate a change to the product, service or team you are working with.
Over time, these will move across to the new Lasernet identity. You do not need to take any action simply because you encounter older branding during this period.
What this means for our customers
For existing Lasernet customers, the transition is designed to provide continuity while giving you access to more expertise.
Your Lasernet solution remains Lasernet meaning the software you use is not being replaced as part of the acquisition or rebrand, and the teams supporting and delivering Lasernet continue to do so.
What changes is the wider organisation around the product. By bringing software, consulting and delivery capabilities together, we can support customers across more stages of their document management journey and provide access to a broader range of specialist knowledge when required.
What this means for our partners
Lasernet has grown through close collaboration with its partner network, and partners remain a central part of our future. We remain committed to helping partners deliver successful Lasernet projects and build their businesses around the platform.
The additional consultancy and delivery capability within the combined organisation gives us more ways to support partners when specialist Lasernet expertise or additional capacity is required.
In partner-led opportunities, our objective remains to support the partner and strengthen the document management element of the project.
As the organisations continue to integrate, we will look for further ways to improve partner enablement, expertise, delivery support and opportunities across the Lasernet ecosystem.
Frequently asked questions
As the acquisition becomes fully visible, some practical changes will roll out gradually. If you have any questions or concerns not answered, please reach out via the form below.
No.
The rebrand does not replace the Lasernet product or change the fundamental solution our customers and partners use. Lasernet remains at the centre of the combined business, and we will continue investing in its development.
No. The opposite is happening.
The combined organisation is moving forward under the Lasernet name. The Tabellae brand will gradually be phased out as the two businesses move to one shared identity.
The brand transition will take place gradually.
From the 1st October 2026, more websites, documents, systems and communications will begin moving to the new Lasernet identity, but not everything will change at the same time.
For a period, you may therefore see a mixture of the previous Lasernet branding, Tabellae branding and the new Lasernet identity. This is normal during the transition.
In most cases, no. The change of brand does not require customers to replace their Lasernet software or restart existing projects.
If a specific administrative, contractual, technical or operational change requires action from you, we will communicate that separately and clearly.
Existing projects will continue. Your existing contacts and project teams will continue to work with you, with additional expertise from across the combined organisation available where appropriate.
Customers will continue to have access to Lasernet support throughout the transition.
Existing support resources, including the Lasernet Support Portal and Lasernet Knowledge Base, will remain available. If any practical changes are made to how you access support in the future, these will be communicated in advance.
